We track state filings (Annual Reports, B&O Tax, Sales Tax), federal obligations (IRS income tax, estimated quarterly tax, BOI Report), employment requirements (L&I, unemployment, paid leave), city-specific taxes and licenses for 170+ cities across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California, and industry-specific permits across 18 industries.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. The SMB Tool provides automated compliance reminders based on publicly available government data. It is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or accounting advice. Always verify deadlines with the issuing government agency.
How do you keep the data accurate?
Every obligation links to an authoritative source — the official government page where available, or the authorized filing portal or publisher where government agencies hand that off. We run automated monitoring to detect when source pages change, use tiered re-verification schedules, and accept user accuracy reports. When an obligation is updated, affected users are notified and their calendars refresh automatically.
Which states do you support?
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California — the entire West Coast. Federal obligations (IRS filings, BOI Report, etc.) apply nationwide. More states are coming soon.
How much does it cost?
Free during beta. After launch, plans start at $14.99/month for a single business, $29.99/month for multi-business owners, or custom pricing for accountants and compliance professionals managing client businesses.
